Our client list comes primarily through referrals. While we have the ability to become a much larger team, we prefer a more modest plan and the opportunity to build lasting relationships. In order to ensure you get the best service possible, our business model allows us to work only with a select number of clients at a given time.

If you are a first time buyer, we'll take everything nice and slow, and be sure you are comfortable with the process before taking larger steps.  For those of you more experienced clients, we'll work together to come up with a pace and style that suits your particular needs.   Buying a home for many is the single largest and most important transaction of the year, possibly of a lifetime, and we treat it accordingly.

When working with sellers, we'll provide top quality marketing and transaction management on a regular basis. We're professional realtors, not stagers or photographers. We have a stager and a photographer who will each come to your property to help prepare your home for showings. By creating captivating promotional material (web and print) with alluring yet realistic photos, our engaging marketing will ensure great showings and offers.  While a quick sale at a premium price may be the goal, we'll cull through the bids to find the strongest offer possible.

As occassional real estate investors ourselves, we are constantly on the lookout for emerging opportunities in both rental and investment properties, and we readily share these with our clients.
